RestoreKore turns the carrier’s Xactimate PDF into a trade-by-trade budget, puts your subs’ bids side by side, and chases the money you’re owed — so your team runs more jobs without adding office staff.

What it does
Estimate import
The carrier sends a 40-page Xactimate estimate. Someone on your team spends the afternoon retyping it into a spreadsheet to figure out what each trade is worth.
Drop the PDF in instead. RestoreKore reads every line — quantity, unit price, tax, overhead and profit, even the room it was printed under — groups them by trade, and separates recoverable from non-recoverable depreciation. Lines where the printed math doesn’t reconcile get flagged for review rather than quietly imported.
A trade-by-trade budget you can bid from in about a minute, with the questionable lines already circled.
Your trial includes 3 AI operations, so you can run this on a real estimate before entering a card.
AI bid leveling
Three subs bid the same trade three different ways. One priced the tear-out, one excluded it, and one didn’t mention it at all. Finding that out after you award is expensive.
Upload the bids and RestoreKore pulls each one onto the same line-by-line grid, then analyzes them for scope gaps, exclusions, and pricing outliers against the variance threshold you set. It will also suggest the comparison rows for a trade if you’d rather not build them by hand.
You’re comparing apples to apples, and you see what’s missing before the award instead of during the job.
Follow-up engine
Insurance, mortgage companies, deductibles, draws. Every one of them needs somebody to remember it, and that somebody eventually takes a week off.
Every invoice and payment milestone gets a follow-up thread that works a business-day schedule in your timezone, escalates when it goes quiet too long, and drops a daily digest of everything still open in your collections owner’s inbox. You decide per category whether it sends on its own or drafts for approval first.
Nothing sits unchased because the person chasing it was out Friday.
Draws & payouts
Subs want to know when they’re getting paid. You want one number for what you owe on Friday — and you want it without opening six jobs.
Set draw schedules per subcontractor against percent complete, and let budget thresholds flag draws that are running late or off their expected amount. The weekly payout report lists every job with subs owed money, what they’re owed, and a total at the bottom — and the calendar lays those same draws out beside every trade’s start and finish date, filtered to just the money when that’s all you want to see.
One number for Friday, and a paper trail for how you got it.
And the rest of the job
Restoration work is mostly the unglamorous middle: chasing certificates of insurance, getting a homeowner to sign something, finding a photo from four months ago.
Bulk-import your existing sub list from Excel or CSV, then send each sub one link: they fill in their own company details, contacts, trades, and service areas, and upload their own certificates of insurance. RestoreKore warns you before that coverage lapses.
Bid requests go out as a link. Subs open it, answer in the browser, and attach their proposal. No signup, no password reset call to your estimator.
Homeowners get their own link to see where their job stands and hand over what you need from them, instead of calling the office for an update.
Build contracts and authorizations once as templates with merge fields, then send them for signature. The customer signs in a browser and the executed PDF lands on the project.
Artifacts nest by building, then area, then category, with room-level notes — so six months later you can actually find the pre-mitigation photo of that bathroom.
Project money in or out by week or month across your active jobs, so a slow insurer shows up as a forecast problem before it’s a payroll problem.
Build custom roles from a permission set, including whether a role can see dollar amounts at all. Every change is written to a full audit log.
Separate customer and insurance invoices off the same job, with claim, policy, and date-of-loss on the insurance copy and outstanding recoverable depreciation called out.
How it works
Create the company workspace, invite your estimators, PMs, and leadership with the right access levels, and import your existing subs and customers from a spreadsheet.
Drop the adjuster’s Xactimate or Symbility PDF on the job and get a trade-by-trade budget with depreciation split out.
Request bids from your subs by link, then let AI put the responses side by side and flag the scope gaps before you award.
Draws, follow-ups, invoices, documents, and photos all live on the same project — so the office and the field are looking at the same thing.
Why it fits
Every workflow in RestoreKore started as a problem on a real job. The estimate importer exists because someone was retyping adjuster PDFs. The follow-up engine exists because the money on real claims wasn’t showing up on its own.
Recoverable and non-recoverable depreciation, carriers and adjusters, mortgage companies, deductibles, and draw schedules are built in — not custom fields you bolt onto a tool designed for someone else.
The importer flags lines whose printed math doesn’t reconcile because real estimates contain them. That behaviour came from actual PDFs, not a tidy sample file.
You’ll be talking to the people building it — not a support queue that files a ticket and goes quiet. Ideas that matter land in the product in weeks, not on a roadmap for next year.
Pricing
Start free for 7 days. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.
Pricing is per workspace. Each company or team you manage gets its own plan, billing, and seat count.
For smaller restoration companies getting off spreadsheets
For growing teams running jobs at volume
For multi-crew operations that need everyone in the system
Plans differ only in team size, AI usage, custom fields, and storage — never in features. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.

FAQ
No. The 7-day trial doesn’t ask for one. It includes three free AI operations so you can run a real estimate import and level a real set of bids before deciding anything. Adding a payment method unlocks your plan’s full monthly AI allowance, and you aren’t charged until the trial ends.
If you’ve added a payment method, your plan begins and you’re billed for the first month. If you haven’t, the trial simply ends and the subscription cancels itself — no invoice, no phone call, nothing to remember to turn off.
Yes, from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it stops. You can also move down to a smaller plan instead of cancelling outright.
Subcontractors, customers, and projects all bulk-import from Excel or CSV — download the template, or upload your own file and map the columns; headers auto-match, and your workspace’s custom fields come along too. Estimates come in as Xactimate or Symbility PDFs. And subs can also add themselves through an onboarding link, so their contacts and insurance certificates arrive without you retyping anything.
You do. Your workspace data is yours, we don’t sell it, and you can export your reports and documents. The specifics are in our terms and privacy policy.
Every person in the workspace is a seat, and an invitation you’ve sent holds a seat until it’s accepted or expires after 7 days. Settings → Members always shows how many of your plan’s seats are in use, and you can free one up by removing a member or a pending invite.
Trials include 2 GB of file storage, with 500 MB per project — enough to try photo and document workflows on a real job. Paid plans start at 30 GB across the workspace and go up from there.
Start a workspace, drop in the last adjuster PDF that landed on your desk, and watch it come back as a trade-by-trade budget. That takes about a minute.
